We're planning for a mix of industrial and specialty machines: lockstitch, serger, coverstitch, walking foot, chainstitch, bartack, buttonhole, and a hand press with dies. The final lineup depends on what founding members actually want—that's part of why we're asking.
We're still working this out. It depends on how many members we have and what equipment we bring in. Founding members get 15% off the first year, whatever we land on.
Once we hit 20 founding members in a city, we'll start scouting locations. Realistically, a couple months after that. We'll keep you posted.
We're keeping the group small and intentional. Ideally, not everyone who applies will get in—we're looking for people who actually sew (or seriously want to learn) and won't be weird about sharing space. If you're a founding member, you'll be at the top of the list.
Yes. Members can bring guests. We'll have a simple guest policy once we open.
Skill sessions will help you get up to speed. The goal is to create a community of talent.

We don't have a specific address yet. Salt Lake City location will likely be in South Salt Lake, Murray, or West Valley. Provo will be near Utah Valley University. We'll lock it down once we have enough founding members.
